The knurl is precision-ground onto the bar with a specialized machine, featuring two sets of diagonal lines that form thousands of tiny diamonds to prevent slippage and ensure comfort during workouts. After testing various knurl options, we settled on a standard knurl with dual knurl marks for powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting.
